Fitness is the cornerstone of what we do.

In fact it's so important, we moved ourselves into FFS.ORG.NZ to get even super focused on it. 

You can't fight unfit, you need fitness to stay healthy and most of all being fit keeps you sane.

As a fighter you'll do regular training besides Muay Thai, like daily runs, you're personalized program, and in general you need to have a strong  focus on flexibility, stability and strength. 

Are you a non-fighter that needs a bit of a challenge? We've got you! Come train like a fighter, which is as close to a professional athlete as you can get without being one.
