Fitness is the cornerstone of what we do.

You can't fight unfit, you need fitness to stay healthy and most of all being fit keeps you sane.

Our fighters go through regular circuit based training, with a focus on flexibility, stability and strength. 

There are dedicated fitness classes with Aimee, we do lots of bag or pad work, lots of core exercises to get rid of the beer belly, mummy tummy or spare tire.

Reasons to start now:

- You do not need to be fit to start.
