Fitness is the cornerstone of what we do.

You can't fight unfit, you need fitness to stay healthy and most of all being fit keeps you sane.

We do MMA or Muay Thai based circuit training, think along the lines of Crossfit but with an actual purpose ]:) And way more fun!

Lots of bag or pad work, lots dirty thirties, lots of core exercises to get rid of the beer belly, mummy tummy or spare tire. 

The fitness part of training lasts a full 45 minutes, staying for the fight technical session is optional.
